Official rules governing the use of abowin services for Indonesian players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", "you") and abowin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"). To access abowin services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred password. You must use your real identity and genuine personal information. Use of false information, fake identities, or details belonging to another person constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and communications made through your Account, whether authorized or not, unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing before such activity occurred.
As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations, abowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This typically includes a government-issued photo identification card (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number).
You must submit requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this timeframe may result in Account suspension, betting restrictions, or denial of withdrawal requests until verification is completed. All submitted documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or for accounts flagged by our security systems.
We reserve the right to refuse registration applications, limit account functionality, restrict betting amounts, or close accounts at our discretion if we determine that your use of the Platform violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or conflicts with our business interests. Reasons for account restrictions may include but are not limited to: failed identity verification, detection of multiple accounts, suspicious betting patterns, abusive behavior toward staff, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or connection to fraudulent activity.
abowin accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or through international payment processors.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status, typically ranging from Rp 50,000,000 for standard members to higher limits for VIP members. Deposit processing times are typically 30 seconds to 2 minutes for bank transfers and instant for e-wallet transfers. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. abowin does not charge deposit fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are legally obtained, belong to you personally, and are not proceeds of crime or illegal activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender minus any processing fees. Joint bank accounts are acceptable only if you are an authorized signatory and can provide documentation of your authorization.
abowin maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. We monitor transaction patterns for suspicious activity and report potential money laundering to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian law. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures; all wagering requirements on bonuses must be met; deposits must have been wagered at least once (turnover requirement); and there must be no pending investigations or disputes related to your Account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members and higher for VIP tiers. You may request up to 3 withdrawals per day. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 minutes during business hours and up to 2 hours during peak periods.
abowin does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 5 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 100,000). We reserve the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not comply with these Terms or that we determine to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, we will provide a written explanation for the denial.
All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets. If your bank or payment provider applies currency conversion fees or exchange rates, you are responsible for those charges. abowin is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party fees.
abowin offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is governed by specific terms including wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet through the bonus amount before withdrawal), eligible games (which games count toward meeting wagering requirements and at what contribution percentage), maximum bet limits while the bonus is active, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires Rp 1,500,000 in total bets before the bonus and related winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using systematic betting strategies designed solely to release bonus funds with minimal risk, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonuses may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, fail to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period (typically 30 days), breach these Terms, or if we determine the bonus was obtained through fraud or deception. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your Balance, but your original deposit remains withdrawable.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules published on the abowin platform for each sport and bet type. In cases of ambiguity, industry-standard rules apply. Bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing body of each sport (FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, BWF for badminton, etc.). If a match is postponed, bets typically remain valid for 48 hours; if the match is not completed within that period, bets are voided and stakes returned. All casino games including live dealer games, slots, table games, and togel are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the game supplier. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game. We are not responsible for game malfunctions, disconnections during play, or software errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets may be voided at our discretion.
The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; coordinated betting with other players (syndicate betting or arbitrage); exploiting errors in odds, prices, or software bugs; insider betting (placing bets based on non-public information); and any form of collusion or match-fixing. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate bet cancellation, confiscation of winnings, and account closure.
While we do not impose arbitrary maximum payout limits, we reserve the right to limit payouts on individual bets to reasonable amounts based on stake size, sport, league, and betting market. Unusually large winnings may be subject to additional verification before payout. Progressive jackpot wins and slot game maximum payouts are governed by the rules of each individual game.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, abowin does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or scheduled maintenance.
The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, abowin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, epidemic or pandemic, internet service provider failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining Balance. Once your Account is closed, you may not create a new account without our express written permission. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, violated betting rules, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, all pending bets may be voided, bonus funds forfeited, and withdrawal privileges suspended pending investigation. Legitimate remaining Balance will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to abowin.
Upon termination or suspension, you immediately lose all access to your Account and Services. You must cease using the Platform and may not create new accounts. Any attempt to circumvent an account closure or suspension will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds. These Terms shall survive termination with respect to provisions regarding intellectual property, dispute resolution, limitations of liability, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of abowin services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email ([email protected]), or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and will be reviewed within 30 days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Indonesia. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
